Hotel The Pera Hill Istanbul

Great location, just a short walk from the bustling shopping street. The hotel team was helpful and kind throughout my stay. The breakfast variety was excellent, with delicious options every day. Special shout out to Claudia, Ozgur, and Camelia for their excellent service. I also want to thank Mr Tareq and Mr Taylan from the reception team for their assistance.

One of the rooms had a slight smell in the bathroom, but the staff promptly addressed the issue and moved me to another room. the lobby was small and not as inviting as the pictures portrayed.

As women travelling alone, we felt safe and secure at The Pera Hill. The staff was attentive, making sure our needs were met and providing helpful recommendations.

We felt so at home at The Pera Hill, nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent location near public transport and restaurants. Friendly staff, helpful at all hours. Clean rooms with daily service. Construction noise ends early evening. Highly recommended for future visits.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, including free wifi, complimentary wine, tea, and fruit. The staff were kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from bustling Taksim square and close to all the main attractions. We particularly appreciated the convenient free parking, as we were traveling by car.

The location was also convenient, close to Taksim but without the noise. The single room I stayed in previously was well-designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. The friendly staff and suitable clientele made for a pleasant stay. The transfer from the hotel to the airport was perfectly organized.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to various ferries for exploring the city. We were delighted to find that the hotel was right next to a beautiful church, providing a peaceful atmosphere. it was conveniently close to the center, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions. We were pleased to discover that our room was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a modest selection, but we enjoyed the magnificent views of the Bosphorus and Golden Horn from the rooftop restaurant.

There was a slight issue with the towels not being replenished regularly, which was a minor inconvenience.

This place is conveniently situated near shops and restaurants, just steps away from a popular street, but away from the noise. We slept peacefully on the quiet fourth floor, and the hotel also arranged affordable transportation to the airport, making our departure hassle-free. The staff was attentive, offering a welcome drink and quickly attending to our needs without delay.

Although the room was somewhat small and lacked a view, we appreciated the comfortable amenities. The flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and soundproofing were nice touches, and the staff provided regular turndown service and in-room breakfast.
